Robo's Readers

The Robo’s Reader program is an incentivized reading challenge where students can discover the power of learning while realizing a passion for literacy and sports. The program is named after former Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins player Darcy ‘Robo’ Robinson, who struggled with his dyslexia during his elementary years.

Participating classrooms can reward their students who read 10 books with a free ticket voucher for a Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins home game. For more information or to bring the Robo’s Reader Program to your school, please contact Colby Gaugler at cgaugler@wbspenguins.com.
